The Institute for Equity and Justice in Health Sciences Education offers two tailored consultation options to help health sciences education programs and institutions achieve transformational change. Whether your goals include advancing anti-racism, fostering belonging, creating an inclusive work and learning environment, or addressing other equity priorities, we provide the support and guidance needed to drive meaningful progress.

Option A: Transformational Change Process Roadmap

Full Program
A two-year commitment that provides comprehensive support throughout all five phases of the Transformational Change Process Roadmap. This includes:

  • Comprehensive capacity-building programming for a team of change leaders at your institution
  • Coaching sessions and leadership meetings
  • Full administrative support
  • A site visit for hands-on guidance

Partial Program
A two-year commitment that provides comprehensive support throughout all five phases of the Transformational Change Process Roadmap. This includes:

  • Select capacity-building programming for a team of change leaders at your institution
  • Coaching sessions
  • Limited administrative support

Option B: Transformational Change Tools

A one-year commitment featuring a series of facilitated, synchronous virtual workshops focused on 10 transformational change tools. This option is designed to equip your team with practical tools for leading meaningful, sustainable change in health sciences education.
