Programs centering dialogue, learning, and transformative action
Our approach to equity and justice is built on three foundational pillars: dialogue, learning, and action.
Dialogue fosters open, inclusive conversations that allow diverse perspectives to be heard and understood. Learning involves continuous education to deepen our understanding of all forms of racism and bias and the ways to address them effectively. Action translates this knowledge into tangible interventions that drive transformational change. By integrating these pillars, our programming not only raises awareness but also empowers individuals and groups to implement solutions, creating a more just and equitable environment
for all. From this foundation we have established and continue to develop programming within and outside
of Icahn Mount Sinai.
