The Institute for Equity and Justice in Health Sciences Education Team offers 1:1 coaching through the Curriculum Clinic program for Mount Sinai faculty educators. 1:1 Coaching provides course/clerkship directors and clinical educators the individualized support needed to design or redesign their learning environment utilizing anti-racist pedagogical approaches.
