This interactive workshop will teach you skills that will help navigate challenging discussions on racism and bias with the students within your clerkships. Real-world examples will be used to apply strategies for supporting students in addressing manifestations of racism and other forms of oppression in clerkships. All Clerkship Directors and Clinical Teaching Faculty are welcome to attend.
